Click the UPLOAD button, and you should be good to go. Make sure you use the text box to identify your team -- especially important if your video doesn't have a credit slide.
Don't forget to take the last step and hit PUBLISH. You have to UPLOAD it to YouTube, but once it's there, you need to give YouTube permission to PUBLISH it. Two steps.
